Olivier Nasti, renowned for his creative game dishes and dedication to using local produce, was honored as the “Chef of the Year 2023” in France by Gault&Millau, and was also recognizes as one of the top 100 chefs worldwide.

Dining at Nasti was an extraordinary experience. His dishes were innovative while also perfectly balanced in flavor. He showcased remarkable combinations, such as the harmonious fusion of porcini and chestnut milk, the delectable pairing of pheasant with lobster, and the awe-inspiring deer tartare. It was a culinary journey like no other.

Then we spent the night Tesla camping in the middle of the vineyards, driving home the next morning at sunrise.
