What a wonderful experience! Sicilian cooking with a contemporary twist and really beautiful place with great hospitality. The absolute highlight was the Cassatelle Fritte - probably the best dessert in my life so far. A Sicilian speciality of very thin dough, flavored with Marsala wine filled with ricotta and chocolate and then deep fried.
